Robert Wantland, PGA Professional

In 1996 I graduated with honors from one of the premier golf schools in the country with a Specialized Associates Degree in Golf Business Management. I began to set my sights on becoming a member of the PGA of America. In 1997 I passed the players ability test, shooting 70 & 75 to secure my application into the PGA of America-Golf Professional Training Program. The Program takes 3 ½ years to complete and in September of 2000 I graduated with a Class "A" Status.

While pursuing my PGA Class "A" status, I worked at three of the top facilities in the Las Vegas Valley as a Golf Professional; Reflection Bay Golf Club, DragonRidge Country Club and Cascata. Reflection Bay Golf Club at Lake Las Vegas is where my interest grew in golf tournaments and group events. I was responsible for hotel and golf broker relationships as well as billing. At DragonRidge Country Club I was the Director of Hotel and Casino Operations. This allowed me to make important relationships crucial in the Golf industry. Cascata is the premier golf club in the Las Vegas Valley. I was able to fine tune my interpersonal skills while gaining the confidence to start my own company.

Thus, the creation of Las Vegas Premier Golf Vacations, LTD with the motto: "I will earn your business by providing the best service"
